INGREDIENTES
- Espumoso semiseco
- 750 ml de agua con gas
- Sirope de sauco
- Menta
ELABORACIÓN
- Echa menta, hielo y sirope a una jarra o recipiente similar.
- Remueve el conjunto.
- Luego añade el agua con gas y el Matahermosa Semiseco y mueve con una cuchara grande de abajo a arriba, procurando no romper las burbujas.
- Sirve tu Spritz Campoameno en copas tipo balón con una pajita.

INGREDIENTES
- 30 ml de ginebra
- zumo de limón
- jarabe de azúcar
- 90 ml de vino espumoso
- ondas de limón para decorar
ELABORACIÓN
- Mezcla la ginebra, el zumo y el jarabe en una copa (mejor flauta).
- Añade el vino espumoso y decora con el limón.

Según Bosquet, para un buen tinto de verano es mucho mejor utilizar un vino joven o un tinto con poquito tiempo en barrica, porque así sale mucho más afrutado.

Si quieres probar una sangría de lujo, puedes plantearte elaborar una sangría blanca. En este caso, el vino tiene que ser blanco por supuesto y mucho mejor si es dulce, como nuestro joven Frizz, o cualquier vino espumoso.
Para el toque cítrico, opta por zumo de frutas natural y recién exprimido. A partir de ahí, y teniendo en cuenta que la sangría es dulce, el aporte de azúcar es fundamental y dependerá del tipo y cantidad de vino y de tus gustos.
Reunidos los ingredientes, mézclalos y añade hielo. Y deja pasar un buen rato para que tu sangría blanca esté en su punto.
